Hello Hello Family!

Do you feel slow and sluggish? Do you lack energy? Are you always trapped on the couch with the itis? Has being bloated with all day abdominal pain become your best friend?

Try a plant based diet!

I know. I know. You just can’t give up meat!

Oh but you can! Even if you start off with just a Meatless Monday. Every day, every meal matters. Each meal you cunsume can add minutes, hours, even days to your life.

I’ve been there! I loved meat! But I love myself, I love my kids, I love my husband, I love my family more! I want a future and I want my loved ones to have a future.

There are living foods and there are dead foods. Living foods are just that. Foods that are alive. You can water them, plant them and they will produce. These are your fruits and veggies. You can watch them blossom and decay. (They should decay within a week. There are fake fruits and veggies out there.)

Dead foods are food that are just that. DOA, Dead on Arrival. Its not coming back. It can’t coming back. Can foods come in its on coffin. Coffin foods is what we call them. Box foods are just the same. Not only are they filled with dead products, they are filled with poisionous chemicals, artificial ingredients, and hormone disrupting additives.

I dont want that for you all. Y’all my family! It’s my job to share every bit of knowledge I have, and i’d hope y’all share with me. We are a community, a village, that mist stick together.

Try a meal or two a day without meat. Just see how you feel and go from there. Or just add 2-3 more fruits and veggies to your plate. Add a fruit to every meal. Try to have equal parts fruit or veggie with your meat. See how that makes you feel 😊. Share with me!
